Football! Went to the game yesterday...was good. So good to go and see the familiar faces of all the season ticket holders. Even obnoxious guy behind us. Checked the schedule in today's paper and the 2 big home games are night games. YAY! Night games are tradition. Football is supposed to be played at night. Football against your arch rival is supposed to be at night, where you get there early so you can chant and yell and get in the mood with all the other fans and ----oh...it's gonna be good. Of course our other in state rival has a weak schedule, it's laughable. I think the only real teams they are are playing are us and our arch rivals. Hopefully that will mean they are complacent once we play them. The only problem problem my home team has is the passing game, it's rather weak. And the defense fell off in the second half. But still--the two biggest home games are night games!! It's the little things really.
