I have the headcold/allergies from hell. Evidentally I looked like death warmed over yesterday...my instructor was nice enough to let me leave early even though I dragged in nearly an hour late. Today was better, still late, but I did the Power Point unit and my typing. Which means I just have to do the single chapters on Outlook and "Integration" and the tests for that and I'm done with this certificate. There are 5 days where we'll actually get work done in the quarter but I don't think I'll be done by then, not with the way I'm feeling. BUT I will be done when we come back from Spring Break!
Which means I'll get to move on to the actual legal stuff! Whoo!
In other news, I got to dvds from Netflix a day early. Normally I love that, but I got Disc 2 and 3 of Oz Season 2, which means Disc 1 will come tomorrow. I hate when it does stuff like that. However, I was not without kick ass tv to watch.

rustmuse sent me a box full of vids on tape. I sat down and watched way too many in a row. So damn cool to see some vids I've downloaded on the "big screen" and other vids I've never seen before. Plus I'm seeing stuff in fandoms I don't normally watch.
I HAVE GOT to start watching Stargate, I don't know how I've resisted this long, what with the Buffistas talking about it, and seeing the fanfic and vids all over the place. I watched part of an episode yesterday and then in a vid I watched today I saw some of that footage, at least I think it was some of the same footage.
A girl in my class, E, likes Buffy and Angel, I went over to help her out with her computer yesterday and we hung out and watched Buffy. She's not hardcore into it, but we were watching JAG (which she follows like I follow Buffy) and she was talking about how two characters needed to hook up, I wanted to tell her about fanfiction, but I didn't know if she'd be receptive to that. Plus she's not online right now. But, finally, someone in town that I know that likes some of the same shows I do! YAY! I lent her my Angel tape so she could catch up.
Her favorite character is Willow though, which may be the only snag, considering my dislike for Willow. But then E hasn't seen most of last season.
