computer problems.
I tried to upgrade iTunes. It failed. Now I get this error
Error -1607: Unable to Install InstallShield Scripting Run Time

dcjensen suggested I do a google search for it. I did and went here http://consumer.installshield.com/kb.asp?id=Q108340 to follow the directions. I got all the way to Step B (locating the folder) and ... I can't locate it. It says with Windows XP you may have to put C:\WINDOWS\Installer in the Address bar of Windows Explorer. Which I tried but I can't get the damn address bar to show up!!!! It's grayed out. I can't get it to function, I can't figure out how to find the folder. I did a search JUST FOR the folder and I ended up with folders but when I went to do the right click properties, I didn't get the right information.
This is maddening.
