So I'll move on to the personal stuff and leave off the HP stuff until I read more of the book.
Okay. So I want to join a gym. I can sort of kind of afford it if I scrape by, at least the gym that's closest to me. The best deal is the Y, but it's not close and it's not easy to get to. So I'm looking at the offset of paying more for convience.
The gym that's closest I drive past on a daily basis. It's right there! The Y is about 15 minutes away and there's a weird ass left turn and then the parkign is weird and I know I'll think of a dozen excuses not to go.
However the close gym also requires a 2 yr contract. Which is a big downside. I'm not much for long term relationships, especially those involving money. I have to decide if I'm really going to go to this gym. And exercise. Part of me says YES! YES! YES!
And the rest of me is wondering if I'm making a snap decision. The thing is I have one quarter left of school. If I push hard, which I plan to do. So one quarter and then I can get a real job. A Real job means money and then I can afford some personal training stuff. If I had a personal trainer, even just twice a month that's more motivation.
But hell, I haven't been able to stick out the dancing for 2 yrs. And I can't join and then change my mind because there's a contract. I guess I could ask them if there's anyway I could sign up for less than 2 yrs but some how I doubt they'd be willing to do that. I just don't want to get into a situation where my needs aren't being met and I still have to pay because that's happened before.
Fuck. I should probably just take my free week trial and then end up walking for exercise. It's cheap.
So, I don't know. On the one hand I'm thinking maybe I should wait until I'm employed and on the other hand I think exercise is something that will be good for me.Stupid fucking decisions. I suck at them.
