askye at 12:03pm on 15/07/2003I'm an idiot. I totally forgot about my shrink appt last month and didn't realize I had no refills on my meds until today.
I called and the voice mail which explained that if you miss an appt and need refills you have to go into the office between 3-4 and make a request. So that's what I'll do and try to get an appt.
After this I'm going to ask if I can just see my shrink every 6 mths or something. I'm doing fine, the medication at the current level works and going in every three months is a pain.
