Where should I live

Portland, Oregon
Baltimore, Maryland

Boston, Massachusetts
Honolulu, Hawaii

I will be moving as soon as I can afford to so I am actually looking at cities and thinking "do I want to live there?"

Although right now anywhere not here and not in the South would be great.

Well, *I* love Portland more than any other city ever, but I've never actually lived in any other major metropolitan area, so take that with a grain of salt. :) I haven't visted any of the other cities on the list except Boston, but I liked it there too. (The weather's better here though!)

I really don't see you as a Boston kind of person... sure the city is steeped in historical fascination, but the people are not friendly.

I would DEFINITELY go with Honolulu. Lovely climate, beautiful scenery, mellow place. Expensive, but a lot of cities are.

Boston is closest to me, so I'm partial to that.
