I'm spamming LJ

I'm spamming LJ I know...but

Jeffrey Ball the THEIF!

http://www.geocities.com/smallvillenews2003/home.html

He deleted the lastet batch of comments that says he's a theif.

Please, please even if you aren't a fan of Smallville (technically I'm not anymore) go to his website and leave a message on his guest book letting him know that stealing is wrong. Half assed excuses and disclaimers don't work (see below).

[ PROPS ]

My site design is a copy of www.allison-mack.com, with modifications (colors, fonts, etc.)
The title banner image is my modification of a Smallville wallpaper I downloaded from a site called Chandler's Field.
Episode summaries are originally from one of the WB's channel sites.
Character/cast bios are compiled info from several other websites.

If I've offended anyone in the creation of this site, you have my sincerest apologies. I am simply trying to create a Smallville site for the fans, which involves getting info from other sites. There are no sites on the web that are 100% original....the web is open source and it is this sharing of information, images, code, etc. that lend itself to the creation of fansite communities. Again, my apologies if I have offended anyone, but this statement right here is giving credit where credit is due.

According to Livia Penn he's also taken for LexSlash and Kryptonsite.

If enough people tell him what he's doing is wrong maybe he'll finally catch the clue bus.

Some people enjoy any kind of attention they can get - even bad attention.

One thing that would certainly get through to him, is if traffic to his site were dramatically cut back. Wonder if it is harder to organize a boycott online, than it is to organize a vociferous protest.

I left another comment. What a moron.

Actually, lots of sites are original and he is misusing the term "open source".

He banned my school ISP but now he has this to say on his FAQ
