Collected Thoughts

I'm going to have to watch Firefly again before I can really think about it in depth, but overall I really liked it. But--it's a Western! In Space! Two great tastes that taste great together. I love Westerns, I love space shows and I get both in one! It lacks an essential "snap" but hopefully that will be in the next episode. Also the actor playing Mal (the captian) delivered some lines just a little too lowkey, just shy of deadpan.

Over all I liked the way it looked, Western and lived in and not sterile. Farscape had the same look. I'm too used to Star Trek's shiny surfaces.
