Collected Thoughts

I remembered why Blockbuster sucks today. I went in search of dvds to watch with Mom tomorrow. We're starting a new Easter tradition--lunch and dvds.

I would have got stuff from Netflix except we made the decision about dvds today.

I wanted to get Ocean's 11 but they only had it in pan and scan so I didn't. I refuse. I found one or two movies I really wanted to rent but they only had them in video, which I didn't want. I got dvds to try out the player Mom got herself at Xmas (and hasn't used yet).

I saw CSI dvds and made a note to add those to my Netflix queue, also saw Knockaround Guys, need to add that as well.

I ended up with Legally Blonde and Men In Black 2.

What was weird was walking around Blockbuster (granted it was a smaller store) think about how tiny the selection was compared to what I'm use to seeing with Netflix. Actually I think the public library has bigger variety in types of movies available in dvd. Cool stuff, like anime and Avengers and Secret Agent Man.

However, Blockbuster does get some points because they had Men With Brooms on dvd and video.
