Collected Thoughts

I watched Stargate last night. Four hours of nothing but Stargate. Okay, well I did watch the Road Rules/Real World Battle of the Sexes finale as well. But almost nothing but Stargate.

I don't quite see the slash yet. But that's just because I haven't quite sussed out everyone's relationships yet. Teal'c still confuses me. I'm not sure how long he's been around and how integrated he is into Earth's culture. Does he just live on the base and never go out? Also Teal'c with hair was scary.

I was wishing that Daniel and Jack had been together when Daniel had to relive his parents deaths but I did like how he decided not to play the game, that must have been hard.

I have to admit I wasn't feeling that great so I kept drifting in and out. I'm getting a sinus infection. I'm getting sick again. God, I just want to go home.

Okay, Netflix is pissing me off. I've been trying to get Homicide: The Movie. Every time it shows up available it turns out that I don't get it.

So finally I check my library system---they have it! It's checked out but they have it! So I'm taking it off my Netflix queue and putting the request into the library.

Also the library as the Homicide DVDs on order so I put a request on those as well. Oh and look! The Homcide episodes that were available on tape...just not at the main branch of the library. I really, really need to remeber to check the library more often.

I know they have a huge variety of dvds I just have to check out online. The best part is I can reserve stuff online, even if it's on the shelf and go pick it up plus they send emial notices. Not as great as Netflix because I only get the dvds for one week and they don't have the selection of Netflix, but the main branch is on my way to and from school so between this and Netflix why bother with Blockbuster?
