askye at 09:13pm on 02/12/2004Mostly I have a headache, I've had it most of the evening I tried everything -- more caffiene, tons of water, what little pain relievers I have..nothing.
Plus I didn't realize I was out one of my meds until I got home and it was too late to get a refill. I didn't watch Lost last night because I wa sgoing to watch last night's and last week at the same time but I didn't. And then today I watched The Italian Job instead. Tomorrow.
I heard several co workers complaining about the state of tv and movies..how there is nothing on and it's all indecent etc. I heard one of them say that the rule in their house is "if it's not suitable for a three year old we don't watch it."
The HELL??? Judging from the few three year olds I know Wizard of Oz isn't suitable for them..so what? these people just don't watch it? People are screwy.
Work is going okay except for one document that I have got to find or figure away to get a replacement. I'm praying that tomorrow I find it.
Still haven't gotten my comic books yet!And discovered that my answering machine's been unplugged.
I did see The Incredibles and it was -- Incredible! I'm hoping for a sequel.
And finally...today and this weekend I went to follow a link to someone's lj and I found a color scheme of pale background and pale letters. Almost monochromatic. My monitor sucks and it makes it nigh impossible to read so I don't. Which is too bad because I think I'm missing out on something neat.
As for Xmas shopping I bought stuff today online and I hope I'm getting what I really wanted...it's a hard to find item..items... And this weekend is a not a crafts fair, but a thing that's put on every year with different vendors selling various stuff. There's an admission charge, which sucks, but it benefits an organization I like so I'll still go. I don't normally buy much there because the prices are sometimes out of my range butthere's intersting stuff and it's getting out in the world.
Gah. Head. Hurts. Ima going to bed after this.
