(no subject)

I finally watched my TT Extended Edition the other day. I was holding off on seeing RoTK until I saw the Extended Edition.

I really enjoyed all the added and extended scenes for TT, especially the Boromir and Faramir backstories. Poor Faramir.

Originally teh plan was to see RoTK the first time with Mom, but she twisted her knee badly and has been on crutches. Then I was going to go see it but now I'm sick.

I'm pretty sure it's just a cold, my head is stuffed up, I have a mild cough, and no fever. Mostly I'm tired, but I can't tell if that's because I took stuff to help me sleep too late and it hasn't worn off.

Yesterday instead of going online or watching the commentaries/features of TT, I watched L&O:SUV all day. Okay, some Cirque stuff that was on Bravo. After an all day marathon of SUV I've come to two conclusions:

1) I really don't want to have kids

and

2) I really need to watch more of OZ.

Hopefully my Firefly dvds (which are a gift, from the lovely [livejournal.com profile] theodosia will get here soon and I can sit in my recliner and be taken away to the stars.

I got the extended DVDs of both FotR and TTT for Xmas! I haven't watched them yet, but because, like you, I seem to be sick, FotR might be the cards for tonight.

I was going to watch FoTR before TT, but I got to "You shall not pass!" and decided that as cool as the rest of FoTR is I really wanted to see TT so I cut right to the white mountains and Gandalf falling and beating the Balrog.

BWAH, askye. Looks like we had sort of the same yesterday.(Although I had stomach problems not a cold, and have never seen OZ ever.)

I've only seen the first season of OZ (From netflix) but it was really good. Brutal and violent but I enjoyed it.

Well, my list is awfully long...(insert obligatory Munchlike "Size doesn't matter" reference here)
