Collected Thoughts

So basically I've had everything in my room and tried not to let it overflow through the rest of the house.

Even though I live with a parent.

I'm finally staking out room in other parts of the house...but I've been here for...longer than'd like really.

So yesterday and today I've worked on my room. My dirty clothes pile is gradually getting smaller while the clean clothes pile is getting bigger. The clean clothes are in a pile because...well there's really no place to put my clothes which is part of the problem.

I'm moving in a tall bookshelf which will house my books. I'm hoping it will house all of them. And on the utility shelf I'm using as a book case I'm going to put plastic bins and things to keep my clothes that don't need to be hung up.

And I'm also getting rid of a lot of stuff. I'm not going to worry about selling it or seeing if anyone wants it, all of it is going to Goodwill except the stuff that isn't nice enough and that's being thrown out.

Later this week I'm going through my tapes. I still have a long way to go and I'm procrastinating.

Then there are all the piles of my stuff that have ended up in various corners of the house...usually from when I've cleaned out my car. I'll sort through that stuff later. Hopefully while I'm doing this I will find the DS9 disc I have from Netflix and the journal I started last month but haven't found in weeks.

A week or so back I bought a pack of play mice for my cat. I've discovered today that I really didn't need to. So far I've collected up a dozen of them.
