My house loves carrots.

I had Mom over for dinner.

EJ came over and saw everything, she couldn't stay for dinner. But it was so cool to show my house off.

After dinner I was showing Mom something and noticed that there's a HUGE gardenia bush in the side yard, well over growing into the side yard. There aren't a lot of full blooms right now, but there are buds that are about to burst open. I picked some for the table and the bedroom. They smell so good.

There's confedarate jasmine next to the front door, rather scraggly looiking but I think if I give it plant food it might do better.

And agapanthus (totally guessed on that). There are two plants that are about to bloom. I know Grandma is taking one, I hope she leaves the other.

Oh, and these really cool flowers that I don't know the name of and suck at describing.

Oh, gardenia is one of my favorite flowers! So pretty and I love, love, love the scent.

Have you posted pictures of your place yet? I've been reading lj pretty consistently, but sometimes I miss entries anyway.

In any case, if I haven't said it yet - congratulations!

I haven't posted any pictures of the house yet. I have some before pictures on the memory card for my camera (but it's a tiny card) and I've taken some after pictures on Mom's but I want to get some more boxes emptied and put away and more of my things out.
