Veronica Mars

I didn't watch this when it first came on. I can't remember exactly why but I was sort of put off by the "girl detective" thing, something about her working with her dad seemed false and even though a teen age vampire slayer was fine this wasn't.

But in my recent spirit of give everything another try mode I watched the first episode.

Evidentally I was on CRACK at the time because this is GOOD! Really good! I like the visual style,  I like the characters, and I like the story lines.  And I hate Logan. Since I'm only on the second episode I'm really confused by the Logan/Veronica shipping...is it supposed to be a love-hate thing or what?

Hang in there. Logan is a jackass, but - well, he's a very interesting jackass, and he has redeming qualities.

I really loved the show to pieces - you're going to have fun!

I'm impatiently waiting for the next three episodes to finish dloading so I can watch them. I was going to put this on my netflix queue, but I just can't wait!

heh. just you wait. i have no doubt that you'll understand soon. if you don't see some redeeming qualities by at least 1x06, there's a problem. i had shipping in my brain by 1x04 though and was all aboard by 1x10.

I'll be watching him closely. Because I wasn't interested I don't know a lot about what happens on the show. I have watched a few episodes on UPN (which sparked my interest) but I just have a vague idea of what's going on and who these people are.

Logan is, for my money, one of the three most interesting people in the show (other than Veronica) -- the others are Keith and Weevil (Eli Navarro). And as for shipping, let's just say the shipping lines run all over the place for a while.

I have to admit the only ship I really know about is Logan/Veronica because of the godawful LoVe thing.

Logan becomes a lot more layered and interesting as the show goes on.
