Collected Thoughts

Mostly I'm being cranky. The legal secretary program is work at your own pace and is in the one room, all the high school students are also in the legal secretary program, and they are a head of me.

A lot of times they do get stuff done but lately there is a lot of slacking off and I've been in a bitchy mood and I'm just stuck on this Excel stuff.

Also Word. I know Word, I know how to do things in Word---but when I'm looking at the program, not when I'm trying to answer True/False, Multiple choice, and short answer questions.

There are guides at the end of each chapter "what you should know", but that doesn't include the terms, so I have to learn the terms---I don't know certain things by the terms they use.

I just did so well in the first part and now I'm struggling and I feel frustrated. After Excel is Access and after that is PowerPoint, and I'm looking forward to that. I think I only have 3 more sections in this Office Book, once I finish that I get another certificate and can work on a more advanced Office Certificate.
