elenabtvs, over on the Phoenix board I got feedback for Good Intentions (Amends) and I've been told I got Faith's voice.
I worried I didn't because I haven't seen many episodes with Faith when she was on Buffy and then I've never seen Sanctuary or Five by Five. So I was working off memory mostly.
Also I stayed up way too late working on this story on more than one night and at one point, while staring at it, my brian started going in strange places because suddenly in my head Good Intentions was being acted out by RayK and Fraser. Not Callum Keith Rennie and Paul Gross, mind, but RayK and Fraser.
So there I was reading, trying to figure out if the voices sound right, in my head I'm hearing lines like:
“I enjoyed everything. Every cut, every whimper, not just while I did it. I used to dream about you, wake up all hot and sweaty, wet from thinking about the cuts and your blood, the way you looked all tied up."
in Fraser's voice. With all of Faith's inflections.
Yeah, it was about then that I decided to pack it in and go to sleep.
At this point I can't hear Fraser saying that but at the time, the pictures were Faith and Wes, and the voices were Fraser and RayK. It was weird.

It was one of those times when you see a word and it just looks wrong.
I'm trying to think of someway I could write you a scene with Fraser and Wes having a conversation simliar to that but I can't.
Although Fraser as a vampire would be damn scary.

If I did I'd want to crossover with the Jossverse but that world is so different from due south.
Of course, I last night when I was going to sleep I kept thinking about how Fraser would be even more scary than Angelus, soul-less, polite, efficient, incredibly scary.
