I really wish I had friends In Real Life who were fandom/slash friendly it would make my life easier.

I mentioned the Nicky/Greg thing to Cute-But-Realllllllllllllllly-Slow-Buffy-Fan when we went on our first quasi-date way back when, and he didn't get it. He made a comment like, "No, they're not," and I was all "I know they're not, but..."

My roomie picked up on it immediately. God bless him.
