So, what do you think of the brow waxing? Because I remember you saying in Bitches that you wondered if it would make a difference, and I was the Brow Waxing Evangelist, saying Oh Yeah, It Will.

It was weird because the skin was red from the waxing and my eyes looked so naked that I couldn't tell if it was a good job or over waxed or what. I mean---naked eyes!

Not that I had really bushy eyebrows but it was just startling.

My eyebrows look great! My eyes look much bigger, my eyes have been described as "hooded" and now I can see more of my eye lids. Also people tell me that it looks like I'm frowning a lot. My mouth has kind of a downward turn to it. But it's so weird, it looks less like I'm frowning. I'm not sure why except maybe because my eyes look more open.

I'll have to get pictures and see if I can find a decent picture for a "Before".

For future reference, taking ibuprofen an hour or so before you have your brows waxed helps with the redness. Because it's an anti-inflammatory.

It's amazing what a difference it makes -- something that seems so minor.
