I finally saw The Italian Job, however I have a feeling I coulda waited a bit and seen it at the dollar theater for a $.50 mantinee. Oh well, this weekend I'll go see X2 again and maybe A Man Apart, it's cheaper to catch so-so movies at the dollar theater than to wait and rent them.
Anyway--The Italian Job. Seth Green was funny and hot, very amusing. Also Jason Statham (Handsome Rob) was very sexy and his voice...YUM! Seriously I could listen to him read the phone book.
Oddly Mark Walberg didn't do anything for me. He looked okay but I think I was blinded by my current Jason Statham lust (he's the lead in The Transporter which I saw a while back and he's also in The One which I just watched).
Also the movie was tons of fun...even though I knew everything would work out I was still on the edge of my seat for the car chases. I love a good car chase.
I saw The One last week, got it from Netflix. I liked watching Jet Li fight although it was distracting to see him fight himself, I didn't enjoy that as much. I didn't realise Statham was in it so that was a nice surprise. But mostly it was a forgetable movie. Also I didn't like the ending...I mean what we see at the very end. I thought the movie would have been fine without that.

Ghost of Mars can't be any worse than Mission to Mars, which I saw with someone who declared it "the best science fiction movie EVER!" However, I don't think she was very familiar with sci fi.
I saw Seth Green on Leno or David Letterman or the Daily Show where he said that scene was all ad libbed.
Also on Letterman he said that him falling off the motorcycle wasn't in the script, it just happened because he had so much trouble controlling the bike because it was so heavy and big.
