David Marciano.
He's the editor of the paper that Amy's brother goes to work for, I checked IMDB and it looks like he's going to be on the next several episodes.
For those of you who are interested.
Edited to clarify that these are the reruns showing on TNT during the day. I know one showing is at 5 pm EST. I know it's run twice but I'm not sure if it's the same episode or not and what the other time is, I'm going to have to do some looking. TV Guide has "improved" their tv listings page and made it totally useless for this sort of thing.
