Those of you who are Smallville fans probably know that the guy, Jeffrey Ball, who runs this site:

He has a guest book where people have left message saying that he's stolen the whole LAYOUT of the site and he keeps deleting the messages.
Go over to his guest book. Sign it. tell him he's a theif and that it doesn't matter if he keeps deleting his messages the word will get out.
Jeffrey Ball is a theif. He stole the layout, the artwork, copied the coding straight into Notebook and used it for his site. Smallville News and Information.
