Yes. From what I understand in the original preview there's only a glimpse of him waving a gun around. But in the preview I saw he's ripping a sheet apart.

It looks like a typical CKR guest spot but hey! I already love the show, even though I'm not sure what the deal is because I haven't seen the pilot.
