Tonight I sat down and really watched your Sharks play...and it wasn't the high scoring game. There wasn't a hat trick but ----

DAMN! Does your goalie kick ass!

Right now I would love to see a Sharks/Bolts final just so I can see Nabokov and Khabibulin go up against each other.

Of course, the rest of your team was great. But goalie is my favorite position ... so I'd want to see them go up against each other.

Oh yeah! That would be lovely to see! You have such a delightful way of looking at things. :-D

And yes, I think a "Battle of the Bays" would make for a great playoff.

I know! I'm a hockey fan so I've definitely seen them both. Damn those goalie-masks! They hide the pretty. :-D Although I suppose they also protect the pretty. *sigh* ::considers the delightful possibilities::

I was drooling looking at the picture of Nabokov and realize that he has a very "come hither" look on his face. Guh!

That's the first time I've seen Nabokov without his mask (I've been busy).

I tried to find a decent pic of Nik without his mask but there wasn't really any variety. Just the team mug shot. This was the best picture I could find:

I don't talk about it that often.

A little over two years ago I wasn't a hockey gal. I couldn't understand why anyone would watch it and swore that I would never, I mean *never* succumb to watching a stupid sport. But, you know, the playoffs came around and so many of my friends were caught up in hockey fever. I decided I'd at least watch a few of the playoff games so I'd be able to follow the conversations. Didn't take me long to get thoroughly hooked and the start of the next season I ordered NHL Center Ice and I've been addicted ever since. Last year Kellie and I went to see a game at The Pepsi Center...Avs vs Sharks. :-D
