askye at 10:12pm on 06/08/2004Today was a pretty good day. Mom's birthday but she got sick from her birthday lunch so our dinner was postponed.
She called me to tell me that when she ran out to get something my brother called, he left a message singing Happy Birthday and that he'd call her later tonight or tomorrow. Mom claims that he sounded like he's got a bit of an accent...but he's only been there since Jan.
Also I took a nice bath with LUSH and shaved my legs (they feel so soft...)and right now I'm waiting for some laundry to finish up in the dryer and washer so I can switch things over. Tomorrow I'm going to the beach.

Heh. There are days when I develop an accent after listening to someone for an hour. Back when I was still looking for work, one man told me I needed to bring in a Green Card!
