My own place

I talked to Grandma's landlandy on Friday, they are going out of town for the week and hadn't thought about what to do wtih the place after Grandma leaves -- raise the rent, if they know anyone who wants it, etc. So I'm going to call next Tuesday to ask some questions. First I need to know if I can afford it, and then if I can, how much money I'll need up front. grandma thinks she'll be moving in June. Which means I could be moving in June! !!! Flails!!!

And if I can't get her place I've already had some recommendations for places to look at renting.


Tuesday I see my therapist and I can't wait to tell her all of this.

I'm excited, trying to be cautious and not think too much, not want this too much but I can't help thinking about where I'd put things and what it would be like to live there.
