Things I've done you probably haven't.

1. Been visited by a truant officer in 5th grade explaining if I didn't start going to school Mom could go to jail (I think Mom had a hand in that as she worked for the school system).

2. (or maybe 1.5) signed a contract stating I will go to school without missing until the end of the year.

Now, before you think I was some kind of great truant, what I really did was get in fights w/Mom about going to school, which I loathed because I was such a misfit and it made me feel sick (meaning I had anxiety attacks).

3. Stood outside Westminster Abbey and watched an eclipse.

4. Flew to Alaska to spend the week with a guy I met through an online personals. I was also ready to spend the summer had he asked.

5. Got repremainded in 3rd grade (my second go through in 3rd) for supposedly giggling and sharing with my neighbor that pennisula and penis were similiar when we were learning about geography and Florida. I have no idea if I actually did this, I do remember giggling.

.... I'm having trouble coming up with 5 more things, my life is dull...

6. Listened to Paul Simon's Graceland over and over and over again for a full day. (I still have nightmares).

7. Served Bob Graham beer when I was 16 at a private party where I and another teenager were in charge of the keg.

8. When I was still in high school I went to a party after a volleyball game and hung out with Gabrielle Reese.

I can't think of two more right now.

I went on a Two Week Tour of Great Britian about 6 years back (god how time flies!) and the eclipse happened toward the end of our trip. We had wonderful weather whereever we went and our tour guide kept telling us that we might have to cut our Abbey tour short in order to see the eclipse.

So we kind of raced through the last bits of it and then stood out side to watch. Some people in the group protested (and maybe went back inside to see more). During the ecplise all kinds of people came outside to watch and then it was over and everyone went back to what they were doing.
