askye at 06:47pm on 28/03/2005I finally schlepped my computer to Best Buy to have them look at it since I'm pissed at HP and they gave me an invalid account number to send it back and there's no way I'm going through their phone system to get it right. At Best Buy my computer worked like a dream. The best they could tell me was to make the discs to do a restore and restore it that way if it had problems. And if it was still having problems take it back to them and they'd send it off to be reimaged.
