I didn't understand most of it either. Just that there is going to be a season.

I'm not sure how the team salary cap thing will work for Tampa Bay, I know that they had one of the smallest payrolls last year. The commentators made mention of it a few times. I can't wait to see them defend the Cup and I hope they do really really really well. Mostly I'm hoping that the team will be back mostly intact. I would love to Andrychuk play another season.
