I'm sorry that the powers that be have pushed another problem onto your plate. Yes, you do send in the resumes and try for the interviews. When they call to try and make the date for the interview you can say, "You didn't post a salary range for this job. Could you please tell me what that is?" When they do say a range you can ask, "Does that include any benefits?" At the very least, even if they won't tell you over the phone, most of us can use some interview practice.
