Well Rose was very affectionate last night and got on my lap on the couch and even got up on the bed with me last night.

Today, hiding under the bed. But progress! 


I'm enjoying the Wii, but with other stuff going on I haven't played tne NiGHTs game very much. And I kinda suck at it, but I need to practice controlling the joystick thing on the nunchuck. AND I got a Wii Fit , which is good and going along well. I can already see some improvement. I'm thinkign about getting the My Personal Trainer game to use in conjunction with the Wii. I'm not sure I really think the scale and everything is accurate but I realized I shold be wearing the same clothes when I excerise and weigh around the same time of day.

There's only one problem for me and the Balance Board -- my right leg is almost 1/2" shorter than my left. So my I'm naturally off balance and it's really hard for me to do some of the stuff where I have to even ly distribute my weight, because to do that I have to stand iwth my legs wider than the board allows.   And also my right leg is strong er than my left since it bears most of my weight.

However! It is easy to see how much of a diffefence there is in my leg strenght and how I need to work to make my left leg stronger.

My upper body strength sucks and I can't do a proper push up, I know I can't and I need someone to teach me how, so I skipped the push up and plank portion of the strength training. I have no idea if I'll some ho wbe penalized for it.

But over all this is a good purchase, I like the Wii fit, I like seeing the feed back and the Wii Sports games are fun too.


I did a half hour of exercise, which translate to longer time in Wii Fit since you have to wait for all the feedback and selecting the games and stuff, but it went by quickly and I  opened up more games and difficulties.  I'm not trying to lose weight in the fastest amount of time, I'm trying to lose it and keep it off.

I'm kinda spinning my wheels in Second Life, not sure what I want to be doing. I told a friend I'd help with her club, but that's not going as smoothly as I'd hoped. I know some things I want to try but I hold back,
