I've been South Beaching it for a while- I've been doing Phase 2 for a while and it's been good. I go off track every once in a while so the weight's coming off pretty slowly, but that's OK with me, because I actually feel like I can eat/live like this for the long haul. Induction was hard though- I keep thinking I should do another 2 weeks of induction but, yikes, no fruit, no grains! So if you can make it to Phase 2, I think it gets A LOT easier. Good luck!

The last time I tried I made it through phase 1 and got stuck in phase 2. Right now I'm hungry because I didn't pack a satsifying enough lunch. And this is about the time I usually have my yummy cookie.

yeah, lunches are the hardest. I spend a lot of time trying to figure out what to pack for the day at work. I sometimes try to bribe myself with non-fat lattes in the afternoon. Problem is, that gets very very pricy...
