It's true. If it were easy, all of us would be slender.

That being said... It's lifestyle changes that are needing. Ways to increase exercise in your normal routine. Ways to eat healthier (not a diet) every day.

Weight is a struggle I've had most of my life, and there's a lot of thinking to be done before I actually get off my ass and do anything.
