Pilates was designed for physical therapy first. I'm a bellyful girl, and after the first couple of weeks, it was pretty easy for me to do. The trick is to drop your ribcage and scoop, which makes sense in my head, but is hard to actually, you know, explain outside of it.

I don't think I was dropping my ribcage and scooping right, I'm going to practice the positions before I start the actual work outs.
