My computer is now WORSE than when I first started calling them today. And I disconnected the phone (on accident) right when they were going to set me up to have a case manager call. Because they were saying the only way to fix the problem (their help peson caused) was a full system recovery.
I've already done two. I draw the line.
So I have a firewall that doesn't work. Antivirus that doesn't work. and I still can't get several programs to acknowledge my internet connection.
Maybe after dinner I'll call.

It's all still under warranty, right? Can't you just RMA it, and get a replacement?

And when she was having me do the Hijack thing, I think what I saw and what I was supposed to be seeing were different and that totally messed her up.
I was doing a mad straightening up for the cable people and Ineed to find all the stuff that came with the computer.
