Valentine's Day.

I sent Mom, G'ma, and my aunt flowers. Well Mom a mini rose and G'ma and Aunt tulips. I can't wait to hear Mom's reaction.

And one of the Supervisor's in our department gave out cupcakes, candy, and cute little teddybear figurines. My computer is getting kinda crowded with all the toys.

I really should hav egoten my dad a card, he's GF dumped him last month and I'm guessing he was looking forward to Valentine's day.

Personally, I love VD. Love it. I'm not bitter about being single. I don't get that, yeah I'm single and yeah I wish I had someone special. But I've had really terrific Valentine's Days (and no occasion days) and I know that I'll have Valentine's Days with someone in the future.

I also like those really sappy diamond commercials that everyone else seems to hate -- the one where the couple is standing out side and shouts "I love this woman!" I wouldn't mind if a guy did that for me. I'd be embarassed for a bit, but I'd still think it was romantic. There wouldn't even have to be jewelry.

So to everyone HAppy Valentine's Day!

Oh, I'm so with you! And she doesn't say that she loves him until she gets the rock. You want to hear vitriol? Listen to my brother go off about the commercials with the phone number 1-800- HER-LOVE
