askye, it will probably take your stomach a little while to adjust to digesting the new diet, but CONGRATULATIONS! (If I could only get my DH to commit to meatless!)

Do you have a Trader Joes? They sell the veggie burgers I like there, Dr. Praeger's, which also have the benefit of being something meatless that my DH will eat, and the good Dr. is adding gluten free things, which helps if my sister or nephew is present. http://www.drpraegers.com/

The other fake meat I like is Veat -- although I like it in it's smaller forms much better than the larger ones, so I usually get the Bites and put them in spaghetti sauce, or use them in some kind of stir-fry. www.veat.com

Unfortunatly there is no Trader Joes here. I haven't tried Veat, but I have seen it in the store. The taste is okay for some of the things, but the texture is weird and I'm super picky about textures. However, I just microwaved the sausage thing last night and I'm going to try it again when I can fry and see if it comes out better.

Thanks for the encouragement!
