I have an earache again. No headache or sinus pressure. Just a weird pain and it's hard to describe the exact spot. I don't know if I should consider calling a doctor about this right away, I have an appt for a full physical in a month and I'm thinking maybe it could wait.

I watched part of the English Patient before Survivor last night. It's been on my Netflix queue for awhile and -- Naveen Andrews! (okay he's got a small part, but whatever).

I don't think I'll finish the movie. I kind of liked it, but not really the flashback parts. Kirstin Scott Thomas does nothing for me as an actress and I don't think she had Ralph Fiennes had good chemistry. (I may be crazy). Or, well, they did have sparks but I couldn't see the whole "omigod! lust!love!" thing. I wanted to kill Willam Defoe from the minute I saw him, but I think I have a residual hate on from Boondock Saints. What I did like was Ralph Fiennes and Julitte (however you spell it). That I could get and it was interesting. And Naveen Andrews -- his full stop comment when Ralph was trying to get him to read Kipling had me snickering all night.

I'm trying to figure out if I should finish watching the movie or not bother. I left it where Kristin Scott Thomas's husband saw her going off with Ralph Fiennes.

so should I watch more of it or just leave it alone?

Tonight I'll be busy backing up anything I want to save on my computer, disconnecting it, and adding a nice little note that my computer will not recognize Google, gmail, or the google toolbar. This is addition to programs like HP Update and Spy Subtract being unable to detect the internet connection. I should have sent it off right away but I delayed and now this happened.

I hate this fucking computer.

Actually I'll send it back Thursday, so I can do a bit of watch and post with Lost.

Watched the next episodes of Deadwood. I need to go and watch Black on blue again, now that I've seen some of the show.

Also saw another episode of The Wire. I think I'll rewatch them.

This morning I woke up with the alarm, hit my answring machine instead of snooze and heard my supervisor's message about what I need to wear tomorrow (there's a function). I panicked. I hadn't done laundry, couldn't figure out why I had just sat there and not done laundry. But okay, it's only 6 and I have dryell and that takes about 30 mins so I'll be cool.

Except for the part where I couldn't find the clothes I'd planned to wear and didn't have dryell bag and there was in a blind panic and then I stopped to think that I just didn't remember Sunday AT ALL. The weekend couldn't be that short.

Then I realized it was Sunday and went back to bed. Today I had to go to FOUR places to get dryell. Walmart was last and of course they had it, I should have gone there first.

I had a lousy dinner. I've been eating too many carbs and fats and My body is craving fresh veggies. So I have to cook better and change my eating habits. Time to try South beach again.

This is going to be my new comforter set when I move. I wasn't going to go with purple in the bedroom but this is really the only comforter set/bed in a bag I liked.

Things I've done you probably haven't.

1. Been visited by a truant officer in 5th grade explaining if I didn't start going to school Mom could go to jail (I think Mom had a hand in that as she worked for the school system).

2. (or maybe 1.5) signed a contract stating I will go to school without missing until the end of the year.

Now, before you think I was some kind of great truant, what I really did was get in fights w/Mom about going to school, which I loathed because I was such a misfit and it made me feel sick (meaning I had anxiety attacks).

3. Stood outside Westminster Abbey and watched an eclipse.

4. Flew to Alaska to spend the week with a guy I met through an online personals. I was also ready to spend the summer had he asked.

5. Got repremainded in 3rd grade (my second go through in 3rd) for supposedly giggling and sharing with my neighbor that pennisula and penis were similiar when we were learning about geography and Florida. I have no idea if I actually did this, I do remember giggling.

.... I'm having trouble coming up with 5 more things, my life is dull...

6. Listened to Paul Simon's Graceland over and over and over again for a full day. (I still have nightmares).

7. Served Bob Graham beer when I was 16 at a private party where I and another teenager were in charge of the keg.

8. When I was still in high school I went to a party after a volleyball game and hung out with Gabrielle Reese.

I can't think of two more right now.

Yesterday Dad and I watched Farscape -- Back and Back and Back to the Future and Thank God it's Friday Again.

I was watching the commentaries but I got distracted.

The jazz ballet fu thing is just so... sad...but Aeryn is so hot in the midrif top! Dad seems to really like Farscape and it cheered him up so I'm going to bump more to the Netflix queue.

Watched the first two episodes of Deadwood. I wasn't sure what to expect...but I didn't think it would be what it is. I have to watch it again. I started tuning out the profanity, after awhile it just has no meaning anymore. When I was in high school I was very into the Old West (I've always liked it) but I constantly checked books out from the library and read what I could about various people. Including Bill Hickock, unfortunatly I can't remember much any more. I've got to start using the library more.

Ate lunch outside -- the windows don't really open here, well they do but it's a bitch to close them --- and there's never a lot of fresh air. When I move I'll have screen doors front and back, which I'll open and open windows and get lots of fresh air.
